They are both good, don't go by which gun you like better, go by the equipment you want more.
^ my preffernce is the B-Har, cuz i aint gotten the voss its 2 unlocks away
Voss L-AR FTW!
Currently I possess both, and I tend to use Baur more often than Voss.
Voss is GREAT at close combat. It goes neck to neck with Lambert at CQC, the volume of rounds is very impressive and the amount of covering fire you can provide is tremendous. However it loses accuracy VERY FAST when someone is at a range. Also it doesn't have the stopping-power to single shot someone (by the time you are actually hitting the person, the person would be out of your view if he is a player with a brain).
Baur is AWESOME at medium to semi-long range situations (don't go LONG range because snipers WILL laugh at you and take you out). Put Baur on single shot and fire the rounds like a semi-auto sniper rifle and it will work wonders for you. Just remember that whether your gun is at SINGLE or AUTO (some players forget what fireing mode they have selected and they get screwed over). Also if you can control the tremendous recoil it has, this can take down enemy VERY fast at close range as well.
Voss has a easier learning curve compared to Baur as a general rule of thumb. However, in the end, it all comes down to your personal preference.

Well I have both unlocked, and I must say Voss = Close range, Baur = Open Range, Stocks = balance. So you are better off with the stocks.
