Might be too early to tell of course, as I haven't even done all maps online. (I did a lot of singleplayer when i got fed up with the 3min disconnects yesterday) but at the moment my favorite map is Camp Gibraltar. Its the most chaotic battlefield I've seen.
In the two rounds I've played this one I got owned horribly the first round. The EU have to hold and defend while the PAC seems to be able to attack the first flag from all sides, there were snipers everywhere. Lots of ladders and rooftops. Also, the PAC is the only side that has any armor: the bogatyr...really great not knowing the map, just walking down the street and suddenly seeing a walker staring at you. Eventually the PAC pinned us all the way back to the second last flag. We had to attack through 2 narrow openings or from above. Both were deathtraps with snipers and support guys covering everything. Not to mention some guy with a Krylov owning us all. (50 kills 2 deaths or something, insane. I'd almost call it cheating)
The next round I knew what to expect and had the Baur-H as my field upgrade. I actually got a pretty good score this time, and our team did a lot better. Can't wait to play this map again.
The most boring map that I've seen so far is Shibia Tubai or something. Its one of the largest maps there is yet still manages to force you to take that steep mountain road. It was the most quiet game I've ever played, and the only one so far where I've actually seen an armored column. I was never a fan of those big open vehicle maps in any BF game, so this one is really not my thing...
