Totally ridiculous, because you can only get it after playing at least 700hrs.
You need to have expert badge for each kit. And with 7x kits it takes you 700hrs minimum.
So the 400hrs should be changed in 700hrs for the SSIM or the 100hrs for the expert badges should be lowered to 57.xx hrs.
Or make it somewhere in between.
