I've seen countless threads of people saying "OMG NO JEEP RAMMING IN THE NEW ROE? WTF?!?!? OMFG BS" or "OMG WTF THEYRE MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO BASE RAPE? OMG".
Here is the truth: You can't read.
All these things are examples of rules that a server administrator IS ALLOWED TO ENFORCE IF THEY CHOOSE TO. Basically it's saying "enforcing this type of rule on your own server isn't against the rules". It is NOT saying that you MUST enforce them or that they are even desireable as global rules.
These example items have always been in the ROE, so if you're just now seeing them, you're late to the party. Read the section that CLEARLY states what those line items are:
Server Administrators may implement and enforce rules that result in minor changes to gameplay behaviour or styles as long as these are clearly stated before a player starts playing on a server. These rules typically introduce minor restrictions on how a certain aspect of the game can be used.
