I've been playing bf2 for about 500hours almost 2ndlt 2,000points off anyways ive just lost interest in bf2 period. Mostly from the crashes etc and there is nothing new for me so no i am playing CSS ill only come back if they fix the game form crashing ad something new or till bf2142 comes out. Does anyone feel the same?

I have phases where I just don't have any motivation to play at all, but it goes away after a week or so.

Every time I come back to play after a long hiatus it's with a vengeance - and I usually go about 20, 30 hours in a week for about three weeks.

They are supposed to be fixing the server crashes with the upcoming patch. The crashes happen a lot but I am used to it now.

I get bored with BF2 also. Usually happens to me right after a promotion. I try to switch it up and play a few different games, then go back to BF2 after a couple of weeks. The crashing and such hasn't affected me much because I just expect it, been playing EA games long enough to to know...

I lost interest at BF2 'cause it everytime crashes to the desktop when I hit the Join game button or maybe on a good day I can get to a server just to be disconnected because of "There is a problem with your connection..." after one minute of playing. Nowadays I play Battlefiled 1942. I need to download Forgotten Hope mod for that one I will not return to Battlefield 2 until the release of Forgotten Hope 2.

I know how ya feel, I did that for a couple of months. The fucking lag, the idiots in it, the crashes, the fact that I shoot a car coming at me and the rocket goes right thu it can piss you off...

But then I got back to BF2...and loved it again

I had the same thing after 1.3
can't stay mad however, I reinstalled and the game runs perfect now

some servers still crash however, the clue is to get on one that doesn't!
must we always play on different servers then?

Ontopic: I lost interest in competitive BF2 play the moment we could not jump and shoot. In particular, jump and throw C4. I beared it for a while, but then they made you lie down and stay there for like 5 seconds. And then they reduced Missile capacity in Helicopters, and reduced the duration of the TV missile.

Shortly after that, they killed the blackhawk, and now it does less damage than a peashooter shooting 4000 rounds per minute. Yeah I love you EA.

They are extremely usefull! lol. Its like, the php of making shit look nice, its easy
