To answer your first question even though I am not assigned to x3223 I can tell you that the main eon8 site is their test and an undisclosed site as their control. (Anyone who has conducted an experiment should know that you need a test and a control)

The contact from the government has been precautionary at most.

The X3223 project does acknowledge that they have gained a reputation (good and ill) which was clearly what they wanted.

Well I did some testing to see if this was a 15 year old kid who made that site, pretty tight (im no expert) but I looked that image directly from the source, no different. Then I attempted to get into the site via an open image directory, or user directory, and no such luck.

I guess I will just have to wait and see.
