Jeeze dude, patience, you waited all of two and a half minutes.
Cool pic though. Ive had a few run-ins with UAVs, namely a head on collision wth one when I was learning to fly, (I'm still learning to fly by the way,) and also hitting one when I was freefalling from a high altitude Blackhawk.
What you should have done was jump on it's back and had a ride.

The fact that there is a UAV that close to the ground is not what is weird to me. What's weird to me is that there is more than one (background), and there is no UAV scanning thing going on in the minimap. I smell a mod.
it was a ranked server so there were no mods

So let me get this right, you posted a topic asking if UAVs can be on the ground but posted a picture of one that's landed, then posted two minutes later begging for a reply? I think you had answered your own question. I would probably neg you for this but I think the -20 is, while sad looking, a nice round number already.
Eh, here is the pic from my thread. I believe there are a few screenshots going around with the UAV lower than normal. Just another glitch that will hopefully be fixed in the next patch.
Can you imagine a Karkand Hotel style glitch with a UAV? It would be chaos! It would make for an awesome bomber, though. C4 and nades raining down, explosions everywhere.
