Lower the pistol requirement!

They lowered everything else! I finally hit 300, do they realize how long it's going to take me to get 500? It does help though if I'm sniper, then I can work towards the explosive badge, and get pistol kills, but come on!!! They lower everything else, why not lower the requirement to 300 for pistols? Then I could be playing all day trying to get 18 kills IAR or whatever the req is. So close to the explosive badge now though.

I was playing engineer, and can't stand the crappy shotguns so I used a pistol X)

30 is too many explosive kills IAR too.

Damn that sucks, I liked knifing people, but I have the badge so I try to resist that incredible urge to have it pop up on the screen and basically say OWNED! Especially when they're shooting you with a gun and can't kill you. ^^

I keep taking out the knife and when im close the the enemy i remember I still havent got 500 pistil kills and swap to that.

Yea and it takes everyone else as long too. It's been 6 months since i got vet pistol and im only 15 kills away from Expert. Requirments are fine how they are dude.

When your sniping try to use the pistol to finis off a kill if your using the M24 or M95 as its one shot to kill, you could use the L96A1 but that takes about 2-3 hits...

I reckon its stupid how they're lowered them in the first place... I'd be gutted if I had a rare badge and then EA gave them out left right and centre... Haven't gone for expert yet..

L96A1 is 100% identical to M24 in ALL ways except for reload time.

Dude your only a gunnery sargeant now give it some time. If they made all the requirements easy so every gunnery was able to get every badge that would take away from the challenge of the game.

My 11 year old brother was really pissed off (his words too) that they dropped the knife badge IAR requirements... He had his expert knife a loooong time ago, haven't seen him bunnyhop like that since...

Play on Operation Clean Sweep and stay near the static AA guns and wait for teh noobies to go on them ... you'll get 18 IAR no prob that way

Best way I found to get pistol kills is to play a sniper on the front lines. Rifle shot to the chest then finish with pistol for the points. Works best with M24 or L96, one shot with the SVD and Type 88 leaves to much for the pistol and two shots have to good a chance of killing an unarmored opponent.

I got it no problem... All I did was play as support , and force myself to use the pistol only on a 64 player Karkand round with only 20. If you click that mouse like a madman you will get there. . .

Keep in mind it took me like a month of playing, by the time you get to the top of the 500 kills you will be good enough to get 18 IAR.
