It's due to the fact that the hardware acceleration is on FULL
try changing it to basic in control panel > sounds and audio devices > clicking on advanced, then performance tab and changing it to basic
that made voip work without cutting off in the game after 2 mins
the downfall to this is that my surround sound back speakers are disabled, so it's a trade off with it
this is due to a compatibility issue with the realtek ac97 (its on ea's website)
so voila, voip solved. hope this helps, and i think im gonna get another cheap soundcard just for mic In so that i can have my surround working... or hopefully that works.
