Erin S.: Hi, my name is Erin S.. How may I help you?
2250427751: Hi, i was awodnering if there is a way around the German youth protection laws prohibiting me from installing the Bf3 Beta in Austria?
Erin S.: Please take note of the following Chat ID: 1501882. In case you need to refer back to the same issue. What is the e-mail address and date of birth associated with your EA account please?
2250427751: email is lala
2250427751: date of birth is the lulu
Erin S.: Thank you one moment please.
2250427751: sure
Erin S.: Thank you for your patience. Upon additional research as we are Electronic Arts technical support there no way to bypass this restriction. As the restriction was not put there by Electronic Arts but by the laws of where you are and therefore we are unable to further assist in this issue.
2250427751: The thing is, that the laws arnt put in place where I am. They only apply for Germany, Austria (where I live) is a completely different country
Erin S.: The Origin website and the client does automatically detect your IP so if it is located in that region then that is why you may be getting that message.
2250427751: I´m sitting at the heart of vienna, so I assume that the detection isnt very precise.
2250427751: I assume there is no way to fix that issue right now, but I would highly encourage the ones responsible at EA to look into it, because it is, to be frank, rediculous.
Erin S.: I will definitely pass the feedback along. Is there anything else I may be able to assist you with?
2250427751: Nope, thatw as all. Thanks for your time.
Erin S.: You are most welcome. That's great and I was glad I was able to assist you. Thank you for chatting with me. You should be getting a survey in your e-mail for our chat and if you could fill that out it would be great. I will also be sending you an e-mail with the chat log in it. Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Live Chat. You can feel free to disconnect the chat at any time. Have a great day/night!

Erin \e-rin\ as a boy's name (also used as girl's name Erin), is pronounced AIR-en. It is of Irish and Gaelic origin. Poetic name for Ireland. Today, Erin is more commonly used for girls.

I am going to end up a wreck by the time it gets to Friday and I can actually play this game.
Edit : I know why I can't login, that wasn't the point, just in case anyone says anything.

To join you must either be the son of a BF2s'er - or save the life of a BF2s'er.
Oh fine, but I'm still staying in the BF2s one for nostalgia <3
