That looks unbelievably complicated. I'd guess that it actually isn't once you've got used to it, but it sure looks complicated from first impressions.
Yeah I did think that, but think back to when you first started typing on a qwerty keyboard, took a bit of time to pick up, no?

e:seems a neat idea but i can see my screen getting really smeary really quickly. Not to mention that with autocorrect and complete it's rare that mistakes are made. The only problem I really have is when I hit b or v instead of the space bar.

just tried it with my friends phone and it was pretty cool, but you'll be slow on it until you get used to where the letters are for sure

I type with two hands on the iphone. It seems like the 8pen approach doesn't minimize key strokes, in fact adds to it. Can't really tell without trying it out for myself.

typing on a touchscreen isn't hard at all. If you have super fat fingers you can always turn it to the side and use it that way.

Not used this, used Swype though and love it, check that out if you want a dif keyboard/text entry method

I've tried for 2 days now and I switched it off.
It's fun and it's pretty neat, but there's a few problems with it.
People are used to the standard keyboard. Not just on phones, but on everything.
It wasn't the way you used it that made me switch it off (it was quite fun to use and a different type of typing isn't always bad, like swype for example) but the letter location. It would take a lot of practise to know where all the letter are. When i wanted to type something quick i just couldn't find the letter i wanted and ended up taking way too long for a short and simple message.
Also, the autocorrect was for English, not dutch so even if i would succeed in typing the right word, the autocorrect would fuck it up.
