This is sorta like a game. Everyone has gotten used of these weapons and it sometimes would make one wonder, whose idea was it to put them in the game.
All you need to do is to give the name of the weapon and describe the personality of the person who would have put the thing ingame.
I will begin with an example.

The man, who decided to add C4 in the game was the most evil man who I can think of. His sheer bastardness covered and hidden behind that cleaver, smug fasade, when he tried to explain to the game devs, that this would be the commander's surgical cutting equipment, ment to make careful and stealthy attacks on the enemies gear.
But only he knew what would this add.
It would be used for EVERYTHING. He would laugh as he sees people strap them to buggies and go AAALALALALALALALALALAA as they ram the enemy armor. He would giggle madly as soon as a flag is taken over, you could hear a loud bang and observe the enemy corpses land on rooftops. He would snicker madly as he saw people using it to teamkill planes, push helicopters off the carrier and even make BTR's fly over fences.

There once lived a man, who was killed by snipers a lot.
And so he started playing as one.
And he failed.
A lot.
And so it turned out he couldn't aim for shit.
And so there was a new weapon made. It fired 12 shots and the spray was so large, that there was no way he could miss!
And then, as he sat on the crane in Gulf of Oman...he began shooting that pesky sniper.
And only then he found out, that he made a shotgun.
And so he jumped under a jet, taking off and was banned for forced teamkills.
