The WAR! Update came out on December 17th 2009.

Keep that in mind as you look at this sign that's been lifted straight from the video (and been used in Gmod or something I dont know).

Look at the F.

I've looked at the HD version in Steam and you can just make it out in the background. Not at the beginning when he drives past, it's too far away. But at the end when he's on the phone.

What are you talking about, everyone loved the Sandman when it was brought out. Instant stun from any range, no damage resistance on stunned players, full health Scout. What a balanced and fun weapon it was. Fun.

It wasn't a rant it was a sarcastic joke. Actually I think the Sandman was perfectly fine before the War Update. You couldnt use it point blank and people that were stunned took less damage, and not many people used it. Plus for your information that 'rant's sole purpose was to explain to Finray what the original Sandman was like, because he only started playing recently.

Now it does literally nothing because people can still move and shoot while 'stunned'.

A better idea would be to fix the stun so it actually does prevent you from shooting, remove the damage reduction while stunned and make being stunned slow the player down.
