Is there really any difference other than cosmetics?

As far as I can tell the holographic sight just hampers your view slightly more.

Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.

Some have said that it gives slightly more zoom but I won't know untill I get the game.

Holographic just looks cooler IMO. Maybe a little better at range but that's about it.

now that i've used both a bit holo is definitely better at range (which is good as that's where most of your kills will be).

Tactical Insertion
Bling
Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim Pro

I unlocked this last night and used it for a while:

Prefer the RDS as well. Holographic is cool, but something about it is slower for me when bringing sights up on the target.
