I am officially closing trackr.

I've been debating this for a long time, and have come to the decision that continuing trackr is unfeasible. Sadly, the site was overly ambitious and I haven't the time to really make it what it could, or should, be. Instead of splitting the userbase between here and there, and to stop letting the site go unattended, I'm making the hard decision to shut it down.

Instead, I will be focusing my efforts on the forums here (as noted with recent updates and some hidden features). If there is something you desperately love about trackr*, I will likely port it back to BF2S.

I'll leave it up until the end of the week when it will be taken offline (2009-07-31T07:00:00-0500). Down now.

* I know, I know, 'user flags'. Got it already.

It was funny, but he felt like his life was worth less because he lived in dog years. His life was a flash in the pan compared to a normal humans life, and the Dogs know that. I think that is why they are such noble and honest leaders now, all these years later.

Chuy, I respect you for maintaining both this site, and trying to get Trackr up and running as well. I feel kinda sorry for you that Trackr never really took off, but I doff my cap for all the work you've put in.

It's was simply outclassed by the great site that you have here.

Oh wow, thats a pretty cool feature right there. You did a great job with both sites but i think that the forums on here are just too good and well laid out in comparison to trackers (still good mind but we've been here too long and become too settled) to shift from here. Once again, truly heartfelt thanks for putting all this effort into the this site and trackr.

Trackr would of been successful if you closed bf2s forced everyone to move to trackr, eventually improving Trackr along the road.
