Fucking hell no wonder I don't understand the solar system and all that.  In fact I dont even like sci-fi.

And if I turn out like them ugly people crowded around the pc screen best I stay away from it aswell.

How you can you be expected to understand and appriciate it all?  Fair play to the people that do.  But its way above my head (no pun intended)
What the hell is hard to understand?

That spot is as big as earth, get it now?

Why do things get attracted to that then?  Is the Gravity there slightly differen't?  Have I just been a cock, ie, due to space there is no gravity or something.  I really am a spacka when it comes to space things.

I used to think this is real, but it isnt is it?  Id be dis respectful to embed it so I won't.
Did they not teach you about space basics at school?

The bigger the object is, the more pressure it puts on the space time fabric, black holes are rips in the fabric and white holes are supposed to be the inverse... lemme make a drawing for you....

To answer ya other post: 'Did you not look at my model'? Nope.

At first I read 'What the hell is hard to understand' - So I ignored you.

Thats why I didnt realise you had editted your post.   Your efforts in helping me understand are much appriciated and I have taken onboard some of what you have said as that was all I could understand.  Thank you though.
Sorry for being too direct with ya mate, and shut up mek

This how I view that area in 2d fabrics, hope you understand something...

The video in kmar's post.

The whole planet crashed into Earth to make our moon theory. How the fuck did they pull that out of their ass?

These scientists need to be screen writers, they'd make good movies.

Alright what's your theory then

Oh yeah and no need to watch over 9000 youtube video's to understand:

I see it like this, it's probably the best theory there is right now. There was a time when "God(s) did it" was the best theory too. Just that over time things are understood in a better way, obviously don't completely take it word for word. But seeing as it's the best there is right now, better that than something more unsubstantiated eh...

It is one of the theories you learn when you take astronomy 101.
Carbon dating shows the moon is relatively younger than the Earth. It was not formed the same time the Earth did.

I am a Christian, so my theory is creation.

Although, I do enjoy seeing all the theory's people come up with to the contrary. It's funny how one theory is "the" theory and then one person comes up with something as equally absurd and then that is "the" theory. They can never make up their minds. It's almost as if they don't believe what they are saying themselves.

It also amazes me that people go to great lengths to come up with something that seems the tiniest bit plausible, some ridiculous theory, but they can't understand a simple concept like God.

Oh well....

What? So you actually, literally believe that God made the Earth and everything on it in 6 days? You don't believe it's some sort of metaphor or something, you actually, literally believe that?

I'm not flaming. There's no point.

I'm just surprised that a real person who can work out how to use a computer and post messages online could believe something like that.

Every Christian that believes in the Bible believes that. If you say you are a Christian but don't believe the Bible, then you are not a Christian.

At least my belief is consistent. Every other theory I hear is always different, or slightly changed, or over ruled by a more believable belief...etc. It seems whenever they find a flaw, they come up with some other stupid theory instead.

I'm sure I'm not the only Christian here. Maybe the others are just too scared of getting flamed.

I take offense to that. The Bible isn't presented as fact and should not be used as any manner of history book. It's presented as religious text, and should be read and intrepreted as such.

We understand the concept of God... but we like to know how. The theory is plausible and there is tangible evidence (not like you are interested in it) to support it. Tell me why it is "the tiniest bit plausible". You should know that nothing in the theory of (Cosmic) evolution excludes the existence of a creator. You are a literalist. However, there are plenty of religious folk out there that accept ancient scripture as being allegorical. I'm pretty sure your bible had a big revision as well. That's ok though.. because rational people grow their minds and they consider everything. This includes the basic laws that govern the world that we live in, like gravity. That is what is at the core of this theory you call ridiculous.
