I found melee to be as fun as it was in CS I guess. To be honest the netcode/crits make for really unfair melee fights anyway since whoever has the lowest ping can hit first and only heavy can take a crit.

Which is why you play heavy and don't tell people you're only meleeing....

Camp fort entrance areas with sandvich, punch people who are trying to have a normal game. It's funny.

Don't really play it much at all now.
When it first came out it was my first PC MP game since Unreal Tournament, I used to play TF2 every single day when I came home from school.

Oh yeah how come in TF2 people get really mad and act like sofa commanders in a game designed to work with everyone doing their own thing? I don't really see that in other games. Sure some people comment if there's a lot of one class but not in a blinding rage sort of way.

Because they try to justify their own inadequacy at their set task by blaming others for not doing their job properly.

IE:
Blaming Pyros for spies stabbing people
Medics who are trying to build Uber quickly and don't stick with you
Engineers who are having difficulty setting up

etc...

I hardly play it anymore, don't like the scout update. Still ove Pyro and Medic though, the backburner is just too much fun and I stick with shotty, and well, medic is great for team and battle medic is also fun . The game remains great, but I didn't like most of the updates. Liked it just the way it was ^^. But well, in a month I'll probably be playing it nonestop again and yeah, playing with a friend is way better.
