Seriously make this the only sticky in the BF2 section no one checks the sickies because there are so many of them.
Good to know I like how they have explained the map making process, and to any non map-maker, its probably something new. However, having built maps for various games in the past: that worries me, as I somehow get the impression it might be lacking something?
As for the beach invasion: Devils Perch and Iron Gator anyone?
Saying that, I doubt that they would put them in the game now...but what if... !

Do you remember that soon after announcement there was a 'shanghai showdown' map on official EA BF2 stats site? I thought thats how they will call the new map but it seems like they have changed their mind

What about a 3rd list of unlockable guns? They also really could make new maps fro AF and EF. Also we dont forget the missing content.
If they dont want to waste money on new maps let the mod teams create new maps. With a beta testing and a final vote we could decide wich one should be included. So DICE only had to say yes or no at the end. All that would be official and ranked ofc.
