Done right it is dreamy.
I like to use four meats; bison, ground pork and ground sirloin and top it with bacon.
This recipe uses dried ingredients but tbh, it was a copy paste because I am lazy.
I use one medium fresh onion, one bunch of shallots and 3-4 gloves of garlic. Mix salt and pepper and two egg yolks.
I have had people swear they would never eat meatloaf, and then ask me to make it for them again after I said, it's whats for diner.
