What do you look for in a girl when you first meet one? her tits, ars, personality, beauty, if she is smart, or other.
Attractiveness is a nice place to start for me, but I'll stop dating her if I find she's not my type. Quite (not overly) smart is preferred of course. I don't mind girls with a different personality to my own because it usually makes great debates. Starbucks preferred.

A little bit of looks, smart is key, a girl who wants to do something in her life and cant smoke either.
Physical - face, body, legs, ass, tits (in that order).
Personality - likes to have a good time, intelligent, not needy, independent, driven (in that order).
My last girlfriend was beautiful, skinny, long legs, no ass, small tits - loved to party, not that smart, really independent, and super driven. She was just too young for me I guess, because we were clearly at different periods in our life situations.

well with my girlfriend I started talking to her because she looked very good and because she seemed interested in talking to me. I've stuck with her because she is has a great sense of humor, very smart, is outgoing, always loves having me around, and is very attractive

Hard to say looks get me noticing but boring or scary personality will put me off. Women I find slightly attractive can definately win me over though well if they have a good personality and genuinely fun to be with.
Based on this thread, a lot of the guys here look for a girl who's smaller than them and can take a punch.
