Would you buy a car that had some type of breathalizer, a device that sampled the air you expel for alcohol, to operate your vehicle? And if your car had that technology you would also have a rate cut on your car insurance premium.
Now I'm not talking about the court approved tube you have to breath-in and wait 20 seconds, but something that, say, in unobtrusive, say in your visor or hidden that samples the air in the cabin and brings the car to a halt, safely, under power.
